The sake is made from pure rice Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Junmai, Honjozo, and other sake varieties that have been carefully pressed with the utmost love, using the limpid water from the Daisetsu Mountains and refined by the magnificent nature of Asahikawa, and offers a clean, crisp taste.
