- Founded in 1789. It is located in Kami Town, Kami County, which is blessed with abundant underground water from the Ou Mountains and has long been famous as a sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. Using high quality rice and water, the traditional methods (Yamahai-zukuri and Namahashi-zukuri) have been handed down for over 200 years. We are committed to making sake by hand, using koji molding with a koji lid, steaming rice with a steamer, and other methods, aiming for "assertive sake quality," and aspiring to be "Manazuru," a company trusted and loved by the community.

Founded in 1921, this long-established sushi restaurant serves not only sushi, mainly fresh seafood shipped daily directly from Ishinomaki, Shiogama, and Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture, but also excellent Japanese and Western dishes that make the most of the ingredients without being limited to Japanese cuisine.
