Dainagawa Co., Ltd.Akita
- Yokote, in the snow country of Akita, is one of the most snowy cities in Japan. The climate and culture of the people living in this area, including the famous "kamakura," have been nurtured together with snow. Onagawa is located in Omori-cho, Yokote City, at the foot of Mt. Horoha in the northwestern part of the Yokote Basin, home to the ancient tradition of Shimotsuki Kagura (Shinto music and dance). The brewery uses clean water from the Dewa Hills suitable for sake brewing, and brews in the traditional Akita-style cold brewing method of the Yamauchi Touji brewery. The brewer's wish is to brew sake that not only intoxicates the drinker, but also intoxicates the spirit, and the local air and atmosphere of the brewery are all contained in this bottle.
