A small izakaya in town run by a kind-hearted proprietress who hails from the brewery's hometown. The owner's creative home-cooked dishes and her mother's taste make the drinks go down a treat. The restaurant is named "Satomi" after the Satomi area where the brewery is located. You can enjoy Hinodeshizuru dry sake, junmai sake, and an ancient rice sake called "shikibu".

This is a local restaurant where the famous Ota Zangi is excellent. The staff is very cheerful and courteous. Please refresh your palate with Hinode Tsuru dry sake.
