For more than 150 years, we have been loved by the local people. With the motto of "handmade sake with sincerity," we continue to maintain our traditional techniques and spirit. Our handmade limited edition "Junmai Ginjo Ainoizawa Jun" is the first junmai sake commercialized in the prefecture. In the new era of "Ainozawa," the brewery staff, led by the first female toji (Akiko Aizawa) in Tochigi Prefecture, will continue to brew sake that will be loved by everyone.
