Founded in 1874. The brand name "Seisen" was named after the fresh water that gushes like a spring from the deep wells dug in the Kamisou region. Under the mottos of "sticking to the basics" and "sparing no effort," we aim to create a sake that is not too assertive, but has the capacity to stand back and enhance the flavors of the food. We hope to connect the "Japanese" sake culture to the future with the "harmony" of people. That is our wish at Wazo Sake Brewery.
