Our company is a sake brewery located almost in the center of the Kujukuri Plain in Chiba Prefecture. Since its establishment in 1868, we have been striving to brew sake based on the belief that sake loved by local customers is the true form of local sake. Quality Standards Sake that blends in as a part of the local customer's diet. In other words, sake that is a natural part of our customers' happy dining tables. This is what we consider to be the ideal local sake. It must be a high-quality everyday sake, one in which the warmth and thoughtfulness of the brewer can be felt. We are constantly asking ourselves if all Ume-Ichirin products meet these standards.
