Founded in 1877. Major brands are "Ohime" and "Tone no Teruki". The brewery does not have a full-time toji (master brewer), but instead uses the management and employees to make sake. They use locally grown sake rice (So-no-Mai and Yuyamanishiki) to produce sake with a satisfying quality.
