Established in 1974, "Edoichi" is located at the north exit of Akikawa Station (3-minute walk). A long-time local favorite for its sushi. Lunch is also recommended.
Handmade buckwheat noodles made with freshly ground buckwheat flour Thin and smooth buckwheat noodles with a bowl of rice topped with chicken and yakitori Local and seasonal ingredients from around the region are served in one dish.
Three types of buckwheat flour (Hitachi-Aki, Horokanai, and Aizu-no-Kaori) are served with two types of soba sauces, one with shoyu (soy sauce) and the other with salt. Please enjoy a blissful moment in the calm atmosphere of the restaurant.
A restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese food at a reasonable price. Seasonal dishes using seasonal ingredients and kamameshi (rice cooked one by one in a pot) are very popular.
