Seto Sake Brewery was founded in 1865. We are a sake brewery located in Kaisei-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.We stopped brewing our own sake in 1980, but resumed brewing in 2018. What motivated us to restart is the beautiful rural landscape of Kaisei-cho. The rice paddies that change with the seasons, the murmuring of the waterways, and the old houses with thatched roofs.... What kind of sake would be produced from this scenery that relaxes people's hearts? It was with these thoughts in mind that the start of the brewery's reconstruction was begun.
