- Kubota Shuzo, founded in 1844, uses spring water from the Tanzawa mountain range to produce Sagaminada, a Japanese sake. Sagaminada's sake brewing is based on the basic principle of ginjo-zukuri, but the ginjo aroma is only mild and natural, and the brewery aims to create a well-balanced food sake with the flavor of rice.
