- 酒蔵について
- Founded in 1808. As one of the oldest sake breweries in Toyama Prefecture, we have been providing neat and dry sake mainly to local customers since our establishment. Our company is located in Yatsuo-cho, Toyama City, southwest of Toyama City, which is famous for "Etchu Yatsuo Owara Kaze no Bon Festival". We use soft groundwater from the Joganji River system, a blessing from the Tateyama Mountain Range in the Northern Alps, for sake brewing, and all of the rice used for sake is grown in Toyama Prefecture. Our ideal is "sake that will linger in the mind for a long time," as we strive to create handmade sake that can be delivered directly to customers without mass production. We aim to create a taste that will remain in your memory, just like the excitement of watching the Owara Kaze no Bon Festival up close. With the recent diversification of the Japanese diet, we are actively developing new products under the concept of "The world can taste more delicious with sake" in order to explore the possibilities of sake to meet new needs while still following traditional techniques. We have a refreshing and elegant ginjo sake, a junmai sake that looks great warmed up, and an elegantly fragrant nama sake. TAMAGAKU's sake goes perfectly with Japanese, Western, Chinese, ethnic, and any other cuisine, turning any ingredient into an exquisite accompaniment. Pour a glass and enjoy the marriage of GYOKYU and your food.
