- We have been brewing sake in Hakusan City, located in the center of the Kaga Plain, one of the rice-producing regions of Ishikawa, since 1869. We are a small sake brewery, but in order to continue to challenge our philosophy of "contributing to sake culture," we have opened the French restaurant "Takasago Saryo" in a renovated earthen storehouse, offering a collaboration of sake and cuisine.
