This brewery is located in Mihama-cho, Fukui Prefecture. Near the port of Hayaseura in Wakasa Bay, the brewery is led by Noto Toji Masanobu Nakakura and Norihiko Miyake, the brewer himself. Hayaseura is said to be a "beautiful man's sake" that uses water from the well in the brewery, where fermentation is extremely vigorous, as the brewing water, attracting connoisseurs who prefer dry sake. We are doing our best to create a refreshing dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking. We hope that true sake lovers will love this brewery.
