Since then, the soul of Sakura, which seeks for the taste loved with the times and continues to stick to the genuine article, and the sake of Sakura, which is nurtured by the magnificent nature of the great mountains of Mt. Sake is a part of the food culture. Food is rooted in geography, history, and climate, and has changed with the times. In order to make "good sake," we always try to brew sake that reflects the local climate, valuing both change and constancy. We brew sake that is friendly to people and nature. Sake that takes root in the land of Kai, that is TANI-Sakura.
