The whole family works together to brew sake. We have always aimed to "brew sake that people want to drink now," valuing what we can do because we are a small brewery. Sake is a living thing, so it seems to respond to the workings of nature and the thoughts of the brewers, which is also what we love about it. When we make good sake, we are so happy that we want many people to drink it. I am grateful that we are able to brew Takanami sake again this year in this place that has been protected by Matsuo God and the "haunoki" tree for nearly 150 years.
