- 1883 Established in 1883 at the site of Shiojiri-juku camp. The company continues to brew sake that takes full advantage of the flavor of the rice, using only local Miyamanishiki produced in Shiojiri and other Miyamanishiki produced in the prefecture. We will continue to brew sake that makes the most of the climate and natural features of the area, and as a locally brewed sake, we will continue to brew sake that goes well with local ingredients. The main building, grain storehouse, and brewery are designated as registered tangible cultural properties.
