We are a small sake brewery located on the uppermost reaches of the Ibigawa River in the Saino region of Gifu Prefecture. Founded at the beginning of the Meiji era, the main brands were "Sakura Chiyo no Haru" and "Ibi no Kura," but in 2000, the "BOJIMAYA" brand was launched and is now the brewery's flagship brand. Under the theme of "Sake is a food sake," the brewery produces a crisp junmai sake with a strong sense of rice flavor and acidity. In addition to standard products such as Junmai Super Dry, we regularly release limited-edition products with a clear concept, such as Usagishin (Tokoro) BLACK, to let our customers experience the depth and interest of sake. We would like to value the individuality that can only be expressed by a small sake brewery.
