Founded in the late Edo period (1603-1868), the company has been committed to contributing to society through the sake brewing business for approximately 200 years. Sanzenmori is a sake with a "super karakuchi" taste, yet it is a sake with a clean and crisp taste without any habits, and should be enjoyed with a meal. In the early 1950s, when dark sweet sake was the mainstream, Sanzenmori was born as a special "super karakuchi" sake with a rice polishing ratio of 50% and a sake strength of +10, while maintaining the production methods inherited from the company's founding and striving to create a taste that matches the times.
