- Maruishi Brewery started sake brewing in 1690 in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, the birthplace of Tokugawa Ieyasu, surrounded by mountains and rivers and rich in history and nature. Since then, the company has been brewing sake for more than 330 years. Ni-Ubit, Maruishi's representative brand, is made to achieve the best balance and taste between two seemingly contradictory concepts such as "taste and aroma," "heavy and light," "sweet and spicy," "entry and finish," "complex and clean," and so on. The common characteristics of Ni-Rabbit are "freshness," "good aftertaste," and "fusion with food.
