- Since its establishment in 1868, Kankoume Brewery has been brewing sake by family hand in Ise. Although we are not able to mass-produce sake as large capital companies do, we have maintained and passed down the tradition of sake brewing that has been passed down from generation to generation with much time and effort. The main rice used is Yamada-Nishiki. We focus on only this rice in our sake brewing and offer a wide variety of products by offering 35%, 40%, 50%, 55%, 60%, and 65% milling ratios. Seasonal animal series such as polar bears in winter, rabbits in spring, penguins in summer, and owls in fall are also popular products.
