The brewery is located in Miki City, a major producer of Yamada-Nishiki, the best raw material rice for Japanese sake. It was founded in 1889. It is brewed in the basin's characteristic cold winter mornings, a flavor blessed for sake brewing, and has gained strong local support, striving to be a mainstream local sake brewer. We will continue to be committed to "brewing sake that brings out the best of rice" in Miki's climate by entrusting the trinity of carefully selected "best raw material rice" and "brewing" in a "climate" suitable for sake brewing to "time" for maturation.
