Founded in 1666, Hayashida River runs through the northwestern part of the Banshu area in Hyogo Prefecture. Good sake and delicious sake are born where there is clean air and beautiful water. Yaegaki" has been brewing sake here for more than 350 years, cultivating its brewing techniques over and over again, just as its name implies. The spirit of the brewery has been passed down to the present and continues to convey a sharp and fine-tuned flavor.
