Located in the village of Fujishiro on the Kumano Highway in Kishu, our brewery is an old-fashioned earthenware storehouse where we value pure water and traditional techniques, and where we are familiar with the foods of the four seasons in Japan. In recent years, we have been focusing on health and quality, and our sake is widely enjoyed by both novice and experienced sake drinkers alike as "sake for pleasure" and "sake for communication.
