Our company is located on the banks of the Kino River, which is well-known in Sawako Ariyoshi's novels, looking up at Mt. Koya, which has been designated a World Heritage site. It is said that sake barrels were carried to Mt. Hannya-yu is a type of sake drunk at temples. Junmai Ginjo Koyasan "Sei" Hannwakayu is a "Koyasan sake" made with rice grown in the area designated as a World Heritage Site in July 2004 and made with underground water at the foot of Koyasan.
