All Benten Musume sake is made from contract-grown sake rice, including our own, and is brewed with different types of sake rice (Strong, Yamadanishiki, Tamakae, Gohyakumangoku, and Torihime), and even more so with different producers. The brewer aims for a firm fermentation, and even if the sake is heated to 50-70℃, the flavor will not be lost, the aroma will be subdued, and the taste of rice will expand. Please enjoy it heated throughout the year with the same sensation as freshly cooked rice.
