- Tsuwano is a town rich in historical atmosphere, nurtured by 700 years of history. Tsuwano was founded in 1730 in the middle of the Edo period. Currently, the 11th generation of brewers is working hard to produce sake. Using water from Mt. Aono, the brewery continues to nurture Tsuwano's local sake, Hanaizumi, for the future using the traditional method of human hands.
