- A sake brewery that has been in operation since the Edo period. A sake brewery museum was established in a 200-year-old warehouse. Sake brewing tools from the Edo period to around 1955 are on display. The museum is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. throughout the year. In addition to sake, the brewery also produces liqueurs such as shochu and purinshu using local specialties.
