- Founded in 1785, the brewery has been located in Kojima for over 200 years. The Seto Inland Sea stretches out in front of the brewery, and the area is blessed with abundant seafood. The brewery's meticulous use of koji, water from the Takahashi River, and rice full of the flavor of Okayama produce a deeply flavored sake that goes well with the cuisine of the Seto Inland Sea.
