Kibi Country flourished together with Yamato and Kyushu in the old days. It is located in the center of Kibi Province, which flourished together with Yamato and Kyushu in ancient times. Aiming to pass on the culture and history of sake brewing and to be a sake brewery open to the public, the brewery has a sake brewing museum, has revived the extinct sake rice, and is conducting community-based activities such as holding a "sake brewing university" where visitors can experience everything from organic, pesticide-free sake rice cultivation to sake brewing. Recently, the company won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition for three consecutive years.
