Isochidori Sake Brewery was founded in 1751, the first year of the Horeki era (mid-Edo period). The name "Isochidori" is said to have come from the fact that the sea around the brewery was once a scenic place with plovers flying over it, hence the name "Isochidori. As a whole, it has always been characterized as an umakuchi sake, which is free of any off-flavors and easy to drink. Please try it for yourself.
