酒蔵について

It is said that the name was taken from a passage in the "Honchoshokan" written in the Edo period (1603-1868). Mimasaka, where the brewery is located, has long been known as a place where sake brewing has flourished, with a cold climate suitable for sake brewing and an abundance of underground water, and is also known as a production center of high-quality Sakushu rice. Morohaku is a sake made with the traditional methods handed down for over 250 years and the latest technology and passion of the Bicchu Toji clan.
