- The water used for sake brewing is subterranean water from the Gokurakuji Mountains. The brewery is blessed with soft and clean water, even though the neighborhood is densely populated with residential areas, and the master brewer praises it highly. The rice used for regular sake is medium-grown Shin-Senbon, and for Tokutei Meisho sake, Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and other suitable rice from the prefecture are used.
