This is what kind of sake "Suiryuu" is. The brand name "Suiryu" comes from the dream of the first generation who dreamed of a dragon coming out of a spring. Mitsujiro Nakano, the fourth generation brewer, who has been involved in sake brewing since his childhood, brews sake with the motto of "one-man sake brewing," using the ingenuity of the president and chief brewer. He tests the water from five wells in the brewery every year and selects the best water for each year. The water that comes out of the wells is "super soft water" and produces sake with a soft, delicate flavor.
