Takeuchi Sake Brewery is located at the knee of Japan's oldest Tenmangu Shrine (Hofu Tenmangu Shrine) and brews sake the old-fashioned way. The brewery uses 100% rice grown under contract in Hofu and Yamaguchi cities, and aims to produce sake with a pleasant thirst-quenching taste.
