- Arimitsu Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located right next to the clear waters of the Akano River in the warm climate of Aki City, Kochi Prefecture. The water from the clear Akano River system has a soft taste, and although it is located in the dry region of Tosa, the sake brewed here is suited for a soft, full, and gentle sake. We are working on brewing sake with the theme of "food sake" with a gentle taste that can nourish the soul.
