Tenjiku" is a series of sake made from rare sake rice, aiming to be what Heikoh Shuzo considers the "ideal sake". The gentle aroma of fruit, delicate sweetness and umami from the rice spread in the mouth, and the mellow taste, refreshing citrus acidity and bitterness are well balanced, showing the characteristics of Aizan: gentle and voluptuous with a clean aftertaste.
