味わいの特徴
This sake is made from Kinmon-nishiki sake rice grown by contract farmers in Matsukawa Village at the foot of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture. Kinmon-nishiki is called "fantastic sake rice" and has a very deep and complex flavor. After bottling, we sterilize the sake by heating it in hot water and then cool it quickly, a time-consuming and costly process. This process is very time-consuming and expensive, and results in a fresh, fruity sake with a gaseous sensation.
