味わいの特徴
In 2008, with "Echigo-Nan 165" as the father and "Yumesansui" as the mother, the first sake rice "Kami no Ho" was born and raised in the Land of God. The first sake rice from Mie Prefecture, "Kaminoho," was born and raised in the Land of God. Junmai Ginjo-shu is brewed with Mie Prefecture's sake rice "Kami no Ho" using Mie Prefecture yeast. This premium Gizaemon is freshly squeezed and bottled immediately after bottling at a temperature of -3°C (-4°F). It has a mellow aroma and a refreshing taste.
