Sakayahachibe Isenishiki Junmaiginjo
- Ise-Nishiki, a native variety of Mie Prefecture since the end of the Edo period, is grown in our own rice paddies in the Yanagihara area, an ideal growing region. We believe that the delicate and deep aftertaste of Ise-Nishiki is its special characteristic, and we have created a sake that is not flashy, but rather deeply flavored.
- Junmai Ginjo
- Rice and Rice koji
- Ise Nishiki (variety of sake brewed in Ise City, Hokkaido)
- Especially crustaceans such as shrimp and crab. You will enjoy the harmony of the gentle aftertaste.
