Raku" is familiar to those who know "Matsu no Tsukasa" well. It is a light Junmai Ginjo-shu that is often drunk at home. It is made from Yamadanishiki and Ginbukiyo, both sake rice grown in the town of Ryuoh where the brewery is located. It has a lower alcohol content than other junmai ginjo-shu, and has a mild ginjo aroma and a gentle, calm taste. It can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures, from chilled to warmed, and its soft taste allows it to be paired with a wide range of foods. As the name suggests, it is best enjoyed in a relaxed and easygoing manner for everyday use.
