AKITORA Light Junmai Ginjo Genshu
- This low alcohol (13.5%) unfiltered unpasteurized sake is made from Yamadanishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing. It has a balance of acidity and sweetness brewed by a special brewing process. It is light yet has a sense of body and a pineapple-like fruity flavor. It is even better when served chilled with a meal.
