味わいの特徴

Cool and refreshing aroma, with hints of young green apple and prince melon. The sweetness derived from rice and the exquisite rice sweetness aroma unique to the 45% milling ratio are noticeable. They are combined in a very well-balanced state. The palate is low in acidity, with little cloying taste and a hint of bitterness to take advantage of the sweetness of the rice. In the middle, one senses a supple acidity. Toward the end, a moderate bitterness and astringency appear and enhance the sweetness of the main rice. Unlike most daiginjos, which are only fruity, this is a flexible yet powerful hybrid sake with the flavor of rice.
