味わいの特徴
This "Nanabonsyari Mutenyaku Junmai Muyari" is a junmai sake brewed with rice grown without agricultural chemicals by local farmers. The use of pesticide-free rice gives this sake a very mild and soft flavor. Although it is left to mature for a longer period of time than our regular product, the maturation process is very gentle, and we believe that you will feel the tenderness of the sake as it naturally melts into your body. The process of growing pesticide-free sake rice began with an encounter with Mr. Keikazu Iekura, a local philanthropic farmer. Through trial and error, we have been able to produce stable rice year after year, and we are very pleased with the unique gentleness and softness of sake brewed with pesticide-free rice. The product name, "Muu" (meaning "nothing" in Japanese), was chosen to express the feeling that by eliminating pesticides, a new and valuable product was born, one that both the farmers and the brewery felt was worthwhile. The name "Muu" expresses this feeling. Although it takes much more time and effort than normal rice cultivation, we would like to continue our efforts in the future. The label is also designed to fully emphasize the "rice" that is the main selling point of this sake.
