味わいの特徴
A summer seasonal sake brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and 60% polished rice. It is brewed in a small brewing process and bottled unfiltered after the top vatting, and each bottle is carefully heated and then stored in a refrigerated bottle for thorough quality control. It has a fresh ginjo aroma with a hint of muscat and melon, a fresh and clean rice flavor, and a crisp and sharp acidity. Immediately after the bottle is uncorked, the fresh freshness is felt, and then gradually a sense of cohesion develops and the balance becomes very good. It is best served cold or at room temperature as a food sake that goes well with seasonal foods from early summer to summer. *Seasonal sake [from around May].
