Made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki, Hyogo Prefecture's best rice for sake brewing, this junmai daiginjo-shu is polished to 40% and carefully pressed in a bag to ensure that only the drops that drip down are bottled. After the top vatting, the sake is bottled without filtration, and each bottle is carefully heated and stored in refrigerated bottles to ensure thorough quality control. The fruity and mellow flavor spreads out, and the elegant and soft taste made by bag pressing gives it a luxurious flavor. Immediately after the bottle is uncorked, you can sense its freshness. After the bottle is uncorked, it gradually becomes more cohesive, mellow, full, and well-balanced. It is recommended to be served cold or at room temperature.
