味わいの特徴

The bubbles rise strongly from the bottom of the glass and make a popping sound. The slight taste of rice and the concentrated flavor that fills the mouth. You can feel the new possibilities of sake. The exterior is a brilliant golden yellow color. The aroma is reminiscent of green apple, orange, grapefruit, acacia, and other fruits and flowers, while the mature aroma of bay leaves, hazelnuts, and mushrooms is in excellent harmony. In the mouth, bubbles and smooth sweetness spread out, followed by creamy acidity and rounded flavor. The acidity continues into the second half of the bottle, leaving a dry impression at the end, but the aroma lingers for a long time.
