味わいの特徴
This product is a limited production Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from "Kameiki" produced in Takahata, Yamagata Prefecture. Kameiki is an original mutation of Kame-no-o rice, and is characterized by its mellow aroma, refreshing acidity, and refined artistic touch. The ears of "Kame-iki" rice grow "wild hairs" on the tips to protect themselves from enemies. The name "Kame-iki" was chosen because of its beard-like appearance and the use of traditional sake-like mustache characters on the label. This sake can also be enjoyed as a food sake.
