HOUOU-BIDEN Aoban Junmaiginjyo Syu
- This junmai ginjo-shu combines the ginjo aroma based on a touch of muscat among new "Houou Mita" sake, the freshness of new sake, and the fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and berries, as well as juicy acidity and other colors. Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice are used as raw materials, and from among the unrefined sake mash, we select those mash that can express the balance and quality appropriate for "Heki-ban". Hououmida" is one of the few cases in which blending and other methods are used to achieve a clear quality goal, and the rice used for the ingredients is not indicated. Please enjoy it cold.
