- This junmai ginjo sake is naturally brewed using only rice and water. Only contract-grown Yamada-Nishiki, Kinmon-Nishiki, Gohyakumangoku, and other rice varieties suitable for sake brewing are used. It is characterized by a fine texture and a light taste with the flavor of rice. It is also popular as a standard high-end gift sake in Kanazawa.
